I did not receive the items. I ordered one month ago and still waiting. Customer service is not reactive at all. Very bad purchase experience.

I usually have no problems ordering from this company but I placed an order on 3/3/21 and haven’t received a confirmation email or any other contact. My money has been taken and I’m unable to log into my account. Can’t seem to find a way to contact the company and the website was very glitchy.

I ORDER ON MARCH 14TH AND MY ORDER IS STILL IN LONDON ONE MONTH LATER, i receive tracking link three days after contact them with email. and website is not updated, it is still not shipped on it. ALIEXPRESS IS FASTER THEN , and shipping cost is very expensive, 38 dollars to algeria,

I am a buyer from Germany, my order should have been delivered on 19.04.2021 but i haven't received the products yet. Also i can see no updates in order tracking. When i tried to contact them via their webpage i cant submit my request. Order no 10597952Update: Products were delivered after 4days of delay on 23.04.2021.

I was a bit skeptical due to the bad reviews Deciem received here but after very fast handling, shipping, and receiving I am more convinced that the problem is not on their side, but in intermediate (shipping) due to uneven mail services in different countries with regards to Covid. I am more than happy with my parcel and its good quality. Will definitely order more in the future. Received in less than 10 day (not even workdays) in LV.

Quick delivery (the UK)! I placed my order on 29th March (evening) and received it on 1st April. I also really like the packaging- no plastic, it was all paper.

I really like Deciem products, and never had problems until now - My order placed on 9.3 arrived on 23.3 (which I can understand due to recent situation) but even though there was my name on the package, inside was an order for someone else from Paris, our orders have been accidentaly swapped. Now I am waiting for a response for a few days, but getting a bit anxious since some people have not got any response for month or more.. Can you please resend the orders with the right content to me and also to the person in Paris? (all informations can be find in the email I've sent) I understand that a mistake can happen. I placed an order on 5th of February (DEC-91487926) and I cannot track my order nor contact this company. Customer service is really bad as I do not have any option to track where the parcel is or even if it it got lost.I cannot belive that a web-based company lacks of online customer service.

Won’t let me pay. I’ve tried 2 debit cards (with thousands in) and a credit card and they’ve all declined.

I ordered from their website on Jan 6th! My package never came and local delivery courier is not answering my calls. Also DECIEM costumer service hasn't gotten back to me in a week or answered my calls. I have lost my money and my order and I have no way of knowing how to go about this. It has been a month. I ordered on 7th Jan & received the order on 16th Jan which I feel was a reasonable turnaround considering they have massive delays at the moment :) it was my first order direct through their website and I’m really happy with the service. I did call the customer service line to ask what courier service they use and the lady on the phone was very happy, polite and welcoming. I’d say “I will be ordering again” but I already have! Definitely a regular customer now!
